Remington Mortgage, Ltd, Woodville Documents for Loan Application

1.  2 years of W2's on all borrowers. 

2.  If self employed, commission, truck driver, or paid per diem on your paystub, please provide 2 years of income tax returns. We will need all of the pages.

3.  1 month of current paystubs on all borrowers

4.  2 months of current bank statements on all accounts.  Please provide most recent two months with all of the pages to the statement.

5.  Copies of drivers license and social security cards on all borrowers.

6.  Contract to purchase the home

7.  If a survey exists, please provide a copy of it.

8.  If you have 401k or retirement that can be borrowed against, please provide your most recent statement to document reserves.

9.  If you are receiving a gift from a family member or friend for your down payment.  Please get a personal check from them.  We will need a copy of their cancelled check after it clears your account.  Money orders and cashiers checks are not acceptable.  We prefer personal checks.

10.  If you have worked for numerous companies in the last two years, please provide a chronological history of employment with telephone numbers with names of people to contact.  This simplifies the process of verifying previous employment and it is greatly appreciated.

11.  If you have had a bankruptcy in the last 7 years or if you are currently in repayment on a Chapter 13, we will need a copy of your petition and discharge.  If you are in repayment, please provide a complete payment history.

12.  Please keep in mind, if you have judgements or tax liens that have not been satisfied, you will have to settle these to get a loan.
